Between the signing of the sale agreement and the official sale property act, we will prepare the plans for renovation together. We will ask for several quotes from our different partners. You will have plenty of time to make your choices and make sure that work can start as soon as you get the keys to your new place. Some renovation work may need special authorization. In this case, our architect will prepare the dossier to be presented to the town hall to ensure we lose as little time as possible.<\/p>\n

We will then make regular checks on the progress of the work and will keep you updated as often as you wish.<\/p>\n

Furnishing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the renovations are finished, we can then look after all the furnishing and fitting out of your property on your behalf. We can choose the furniture according to both your budget and the current market trends. We can also put you in touch with our local interior designer.<\/p>\n
