Before you even sign the sale agreement in Spain, we always ask our architect to give his expert opinion on the property and the building (communal areas). This way we make sure that there are no hidden surprises of internal work needed at a later date. He also gives us a detailed quote on any renovation work that he feels may become necessary over the next ten years.
Between the signing of the sale agreement and the official sale property act, we will prepare the plans for renovation together. We will ask for several quotes from our different partners so that you have plenty of time to make your choices and so that work can start as soon as you get the keys to your new place. Some renovation work may need special authorization, in which case, our architect will prepare the dossier to be presented to the town hall to ensure we lose as little time as possible.
We will then make regular checks on the progress of the work and will keep you updated as often as you wish.
Once the renovations are finished, we can then look after all the furnishing and fitting out of your property on your behalf. We can choose the furniture according to both your budget and the current market trends. We can also put you in touch with our local interior designer.
